Finally pulled the trigger on tires

Well I finally did it. But I didn't put the lift on. I figured since I go through a set of tires about every 14 months I'll just wait and do the lift and hopefully some rockstars with 35's next year. I ended up going with the BFG AT 285/65/20. Not exactly the size I wanted, but biggest AT I could find for stock height.[IMG][/IMG]

I like your plate and screen name. LOL Care to explain that one? haha. Truck looks good by the way. Always liked the look of big bfgs on stock trucks. One question though. Why not put the lift on? Whats the difference between this year and next year? Youll still put the mileage on no matter what right? just givin ya a hard time. lol. Im in the same boat as you. bout 800 miles a week.

Yeah, I know, I should have put it on. But all I have is the Front spacer kit (Newton 2.5" leveling kit), and I want to get duel steering stabilizers, new bilstiens, and 4" rear blocks, and the boss said I have to do some remodeling to the house before I spend anymore money, soooo guess who won. As far as the plate and name, I lived there when I was a kid and vacationed in Traverse City from birth til I was about 17. Love the place, been a huge UM fan since I was 7. Go to at least one maybe two games a year. My family moved to Cincinnati area when I was 9. I saw some of your pics on the other thread, can't wait to see the finished product. How do you like that Suncoast tranny?

I think they measure out at about 34.75" tall. Pretty much a 35x11.5. I like them so far, hopefully get some good mileage out of them with regular rotations

And as far as the lift you have planned I want to do the exact same thing. Leveling kit up front and 4'' blocks out back. I dont think just the leveling kit would look good because some times now the front looks higher than the back stock. I would love to see some pics of doing the 4'' block swap!

Yes that is a good price. I paid 1400 with alignment, lifetime balance and rotation. I love them so far.
