Adding keyless entry too door?

Can someone help me out with this?? We have a 2010 f250 that the drives door needs replaced, for some reason all you can find pretty much is the doors without keyless entry that are black in color. Is it possible to swap over the keyless entry or is there an actual hole in the door??

I didnt think there was a hole, I thought they stuck on.

Their is a hole in the door, I had to replace a door do to damage
