Yea you are much better off buying the Harley's if you want them and selling your stock ones to somebody. There are a fair amount of guys looking for stockers to do the Harley headlight mod themselves. I highly doubt you will find someone who wants to get rid of their Harley's for the stock chrome ones.

If you like projectors, I have the Eagle Eyes and really like them. No issues so far after 4+ months of owning them. By the time I sold my stockers I'm only out $150 on them too.

Are those Eagle Eye's the HID's I see on Ebay? I've seen them for about $250 I think?

Did yours COME WITH HIDs?

No, I bought the HIDs seperately. Yea I like them over the Recons too. I just run the CCFL Halos and side strip and it looks awesome with the 6k HIDs...really clean. I didn't hook up the LEDs. I know some people have had bad luck with theirs but I haven't. I know mine are made by Eagle Eyes for sure though. I bought mine from gt_racers I believe.
