billet fender vents

Has anyone ever installed the billet fender vents? Whats the best way to do it

there are alot of threads about the vents, they snap out off the truck be carefull to pry them apart.

Zeroone did a great writeup that helped me paint mine black. but he shows pics of taking them off

I have installed the billet vents. You just pry them off, make sure you be careful with the paint. Also, make sure none of the clips fails into the fender it is a pain to get out. Then I used a set of needle nose to pull the retaining clips that holds the plastic piece on. After that put the billet in place and replace the retaining clips and snap back on your fender. Real easy, just don't rush and break anything.
