Niteshade the headlight marker??

I have been thinking about spraying the markers with some niteshade so they will be close to black but still show the light should i bother or just paint them black with the rest of the headlight inside trim? the lights are being harleyized in case it dont make sense!

I was thinking of clearing them when done but they will be inside the housing so they will see no weather just uv light that goes though the clear lens. i dont think they will fade on the inside due to sunlight.
