Black or Chrome Bumpers???
Ok did some rough Photoshop to see how this would look. If I do go black I can't decide if I would do the FX4 color matched grille surround or keep it chrome. I also would do Harley headlights with either. One option is to color match the bumpers silver if I can find a powdercoater that can do it. I don't think I would paint them...been down that road before and they didn't last.
Let me know what you guys think! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I like the Black too. For your Truck, with the Black Wheels, Door Handles, Steps, and Mirrors, I think the Black Bumpers will be Nice, but I think you will need the Black Grille too. Basically, Silver and Black, no Chrome. Silver and Black would be Sharp! Kinda like White with Black, but Better. My Truck is a Silver Lariat too. But I have Chrome Wheels, Bumpers, Grille, Steps, Stainless Handle Covers, Mirror Covers, Billet Inserts, and Wheel Well Trim. I like the Silver and Chrome. ![]() ![]() ![]() Matches the Bike ![]() That's why they make so many Accessories. You can make your truck, Your Truck! |

Nice truck allevil! Thanks for the input so far. I'm going to be keeping the RBP grille either way so it will just be the grille surround that changes. So if I did the FX4 surround I would be all black and silver. I would probably paint the chrome part of the fender vents silver or gloss black as well. I never thought of doing the grille surround gloss black...that would be an option as well I guess. Josh, I also thought about doing the bumpers in a satin or flat black. I just wonder if it would clash with the gloss black RBP grille. I may go with gloss black wheels in the future too. There is a silver Freightliner with gloss black bumper, black wheels, etc on RBPs website...that's what got me thinking of going this route. Decisions, decisions....

I say black and the grill matched, and just to top it off HARLEY LIGHTS just my 2 cents
