Ive heard that a little bead of silicone will stop the whistle.

i was going the silicone route or pop them out and put some weather strip around them but this may make them to tight to get back in.

Mine dont whistle at all.

Mine do this very slightly as well, highway speed, windows down. Seemed more obvious when they first went on... (though maybe I got used to it.) Haven't bothered with it. If you have stock tires, I can see it being more annoying since there is less road noise to drown it out.

I would say that the "fit" is not quite right and it causes a disturbance in the air flowing around the lense.
My RECON's do the same thing on my 2004. They stick out just enough beyond what the stock lenses did. |

Anything new here? I paid $90 to get an annoying whistle....?!?!?!?

They did the same thing on my 04. You need to find a way to shim them so they pull in tighter, or go the weather strip or bead of silicone route. Recon will not help you out, they will just blame it on your truck. I've been down that road before. Let us know what fixes it for you.
