I have run alot of different tires on all of my trucks so I can share my experience. What are you wanting out of these tires, traction, life, load range, or what? I can tell you right now those Pro-comps are going to wear out quickly on you. What tire are you running now and what do you get stuck in? Is it mud, sand, etc???? These are just a few points to look at when your looking for tires......... remember with tires, just like suspension kits, you get what you pay for. Also keep in mind, that if you tow alot like you say, your going to be burning through mud tires left and right, simply because they were never designed to be towed with. So if you answer the questions above and how much air pressure you run usually, you might be able to get away with a all terrain tire and get much longer life out of it.....

Im sick of getting stuck in my pastures while putting out hay and checking animals. I am either going with 35 or 37 but want to know what the best E rated tire is. I know alot of you guys tow and also do a bit of off roading aswell. My truck has a 2.5 leveling kit up front and a 2'' lift in the back. I do alot of cross country trips aswell and dont want to have to worry about high speed blow outs while towing. So if yall could please let me know about positive and negative experiences with your tires in the mud towing area I would sure appreciate it. And pics are always a plus
fx4 stoker, do you have air bags on your truck? I'm amazed at how it's not really squatting under the weight of all that hay?

Yes I will tow with it but its mainly just short trips around town like picking up roundbales ETC. Its mainly mud that I get stuck in. We have a really slick clay and its like snot. All my long distance and really heavy loads I do with a diff truck. Right now im just running the factory a/t tires. I do Like to run 60-70 psi in the tires. I would like a 12ply e rated mud tire but I dont know if they make them 12ply or not.

No air bags. I do have a 2 1/2 lift in the front and 2" blocks ontop of the factory blocks in the rear though. That trailer has the wheels pretty far forward so it reall holds a load good. Its a 24k trailer and I love that thing. The only bad thing about the wheels being that far forward is that everytime I let someone borrow it they take something out cause the back end swings wide.

Honestly I would look into the Toyo M/T's they are going to give you the best traction because of the nice side bitters and they way they clean themselves of mud and longest life, but it comes at a price

I have pro comp extreme at's and i tow a 7000 lb boat about 400 miles every friday night and back sunday night during the summer. they are wearing great and already have like 15000 on them and no cupping at all.. A++++++ on the pro comps.. I wouldnt buy the mt's because the at's are pretty stout and loud enough for highway use

Sweet! Have you done anything to it. Did you start a thread about mods to it or anything?

Also I remeber when you got that truck you said something about you couldnt use the cd drive after a windows update. Did you ever get that fixed and how mine is doing the same thing. Also How did you like the those slotted brake rotors you put on?
