20x9 with +12mm offset is 5.5" Back Space. They will stick out 1-1.5" further than the stock wheels.

20x10 with -43m offset is approx 3.81" Back Space. These would stick out approx. 4" further than stock wheels....and may have some rubbing issues with only a 2" lift.

Negative numbers will give you a bigger/deeper dish positive numbers will give a smaller/shallower dish. The wheels I have are -24 and the tires are 35's, this combination makes the tire stick out about 1-1/2 inches on my truck.

Not sure what the offset is on the stock wheels, my guess is that the 20x9 (+12) will be about flush with the fender well, give or take a PH.

BTW, offsets are measured in millimeters.

DC, is 5-1/2" correct? Sounds high to me.

Yep, 9" wide +12mm offset equals 5.5" Back Space.

Only way to get less Back Space with the given +12mm offset would be with a skinnier wheel. If it was 8" wide it would be a 5.0" Back Space.

Those are the same spec wheels you are looking at. If I could have found a set, I would of ran them, but all I could find were 20x10s with the -43 offset.
