I don't have anti flicker caps in my headlights and when I had HIDs in my fogs I never used them either. All I ever used were the kits and a relay harness and never had issues.

So you only need to use anti flicker or the relay harness. My headlights had a relay harness, and I put the anti flickers on aswell.

I just picked up a fog light hid kit from a buddy for nothing a month old. It doesn't have the relay harness. So if I don't need the anti flickers in the headlights with with the relay harness I'll use the anti flicker on the fog lights.

Yep, you don't need them in the fogs. Just plug the fogs in and you are good to go with out a harness or anti flickers. If you have the harness on the headlights, the anti flicker aren't needed, so you can probably return the anti flickers.

I always suggest doing relay harnesses in ever set of lights for added security. But it is on the rare side people have any issues anyways.
