Called and got radio activated but no sound? Nav sound and am/fm sound works....

is this the oem radio I take it and not a little aftermarket tuner that sits on the dash...

Fixed I guess these trucks that had DVD and Sat can mess up, pulled #3 fuse and put back in and all works ...
