Adding Sirius To Nav

Ok so when i ordered my truck it was suppose to be ordered with sirius and nav but they conveniently forgot to charge me for it and it slipped past me in all the excitement, but now i want my sirius radio and the dealer says he can swap nav radios and install the sirius and components for alot more than i want to spend. I am pretty mechanical but i just cant seem to find any info on adding sirius to the factory Nav unit? of course i know of external systems but i would like to try and find a system i can install with the stock interface? is there such a thing or am i stuck? thanks

Wow that seems like alot to pay. After market units for Kenwood etc only cost about $75.00 I have the Sirius package from Ford and you use the menu/aux botton to acsess the satelitte radio. I think all the factory radios just need the sat unit hooked to it to work.
