oh no...i wasnt offended at all. actually i took it as a compliment.

In sealed boxes i always stick the carpet "cut out" to the back of the box like in the pics. It helps reduce standing waves and also lowers the resonant frequency of the enclosure slightly. Kind of the same effect that adding poly fill to a sealed box has.

Try that... as far as pricing the only page I have found was Crutchfield and they ain't cheap...

What kinda power would be good for those? 500/1 or 1000/1

Each sub is rated to handle 500rms. Therefore, the 1000/1 seems a good option.

There are several places that are selling them but the price is the same no matter where you buy them.

I had (2) 10" w3's in my 04 on a JL 500 and they slammed. The same company that did this for me said i could put 1 new thinline JL 13" in my new 08 and would probably get the same bass output. What do you think?
