Radio controls on the steering wheel

Does anybody no the part number or where i can get that little piece that goes into the steering wheel to control the radio, my arms get tired from reaching over to change the stations. Also is it easy to install. I already removed the cap thats there and its empty and i don't see no wiring, I have 2008 350 XLT model. It has the radio, MP3 CD player and stat all in one

I had a customer awhile back with an 08 XLT that got it installed at the Ford dealership. They had to replace the entire steering column wiring harness so its not a simple or cheap upgrade.
