A different 2008 Navigation ?

Have any of you ever used an aftermarket DVD for the navigation system. The 2008 F350 I got came with the 2008 DVD. I want to upgrade it to a new version but $200+ for a Ford one.

Well how does $30 sound to you? Here's an ebay one that I'm gonna buy as well.

Hey, thanks for the link. I did get one of those from a different seller on ebay. Only paid $2 more, but that's nothing. At least the link you provided says it will work in my truck. The seller I got my disk from, his list did not include my truck, but stated that it worked or money back. I guess Monday, we will see if the aftermarket DVD will work.

Got the DVD today. Installed it and went out for a drive. The new roads that were not there in 2008 are on the disk. The aftermarket works just fine.

Perfect! Thanks for the update. Mine's on its way as well.

Feels pretty good to save a few hundred bucks on a simple DVD disc!
