Question Turbo Gauge Bouncing???

Ok so I have noticed that turbo gauge is bouncing or fluttering every now and then.....when I get up above 20PSI and keep at about 24 to 27 it kinda bounces and when I hammer it, it kinda bounces too.....could it be where I installed it, the ghetto fix for the pinched line, or is this a sign of turbo problems.........truck still runs awesome and I don't feel any kind of power difference

I guess I should go into more detail.....at idle its smooth and its usually the same spots, 24 to 27 it flutters but only by 1 or 2 PSI, its not crazy and at WOT it bounces or flutters at peak PSI but only 2 or 3 PSI as well.....I've been reading other forums and some say its normal????

I'm seeing 46 PSI in 4th gear.........I also read that it might have some to do with the waste gate.....it also looks like Autometer isn't getting the best reviews

What was the max PSI you were seeing before the dpf delete and programmers? I am only seeing 32-34 on mine right now.

I don't see any flutter but I am using the Edge Insight as my gauges.

I pulled my pre-runner back when it was stock and I was seeing close to 40PSI on the stock gauge, so if the Autometer is more accurate then I was seeing 40PSI. The stock gauge is off by a couple PSI, the SCT monitor also reads the same as the Autometer. The Edge is going to show flutter because of the digital filtering, which is why I went with a mechanical gauge

Is that what your stock gauge says or the Edge.....you usually won't see max boost until 4th gear, have pulled a heavy load up a nice grade at highway speed, you'll really see it then

Well from what I've gathered, as long as its not drastic, its nothing to worry about....like going from 10 PSI to 0 PSI and back to 10PSI.....it might be a variety of things, the gauge itself, the crappy line, the waste gate opening.....but nothing to worry about, from what I can tell. I'm going to try to replacing the line with some better stuff
