Bluetooth not working

Hi guys I just picked up a new to me 2010 F450 and the bluetooth does not work in the truck. I have the factory Sync/nav system. Everything else works just fine with the nave and sync systems it just that when you go into the system to look for the bluetooth part of it everything is blank and my Iphone 5 also does not find a bluetooth signal. Oh also the USB and aux port does not work. Any ideas on how to fix the bluetooth or should I just upgrade to a aftermarket dvd/nav system??

the only thing you might want to try is resetting the system. There is a "reset to original settings" button somewhere in the menu. I've never tried it because mine works fine. Might be worth a shot...

Mine just quit too. Same scenario. Did you figure out how to fix it?

No I never did get it fixed but I think it was the factory bluetooth that took a dump. I ended up replacing the head unit and just use its bluetooth system.

Does the factory unit have a front input so you can connect with a cord?
