Audiophile Sound System

I know that Pioneer makes the Nav/sound system for the 08 Super Duty. Does anyone know who makes the Audiophile System and speakers for trucksthat do not have the Nav system head unit??

I have audiophile but was wondering.

You would have tweeter pods on each door and a sub behind the seat. That is if its a 2008.

Audiophile Sound System

I too have the Audiophile Sound System. I bought the truck from a dealer with just 9000 miles so I had no specs on the sound system. I just upgraded the radio to a dvd nav and it did not sound the same. Contacted Crutchfield, they sent me a special subwoofer cable and it's back to sounding most excellent! Best system I have every had in a truck!

I think a company called Visteon Corporation makes them. Im not sure but the following link(click the radios tab) who my dealer referred me to for aftermarket installation of a remote start and anything for audio got me thinking.
I surfed around the Visteon site and some of their products look alot like the stock stuff.
Again Im not sure, just a hunch.

I must admit the stock system is better than most STOCK systems. But after taking the speakers out and looking at them and checking it out the speakers are like Cheap 5 dollar speakers. It it awesome that ford put the tweeters where they did cause an aftermarket system sounds AWESOME in this unit.
