swapping '08 & '09 NAV units

I bought an '09 Lariat to sell but I'm really digging the updated NAV screen, phone buttons on the steering wheel, backup camera on the screen, etc. so I wanna swap everything over to my '08 KR and put the '08 stuff into the '09 before I sell it. Anyone got a list of what has to swap and where it is? I've got a buddy that's a Ford tech who owes me a big favor so labor is covered.

I believe its a big deal. The 08's didnt have Sync or the hard drive based Nav unit. Not sure you could put the 08 stuff in the 09. Or at least may not be worth the effort. There is a thread in here titled "Adding sync to an 09 nav in an 08 truck" that should give you a good heads up on whats in store, to say nothing about putting the 08 stuff into the 09.
