need help!! 08 F350 showed up today. Trying to figure out how to use Sirious radio. Go to sat1-2-3 but has no volume. it will say what channel # and so forth so i think it has been activated. Also having trouble with the mobile ease hands free cell device. It hooked to bluetooth phone fine and everything works except i cant hear who i call they hear me but i cant hear them.

My Sat radio works fine..The Dealer activated it for me...Even though it shows channels it may not be activated..
Tell me more information about the mobile phone item..I noticed my radio has a phone button on it and when I press it it says no phone?
I do not know if I have the full feature.
