Alarm Installed

Well, Jolene got her chastity belt today. It's a shiny new Clifford 50.5x alarm. I didn't get the remote start 'cause I didn't have the beans for it, but it's coming soon.

Now Jolene won't be molested without me or the whole neighborhood knowing.

And to the bastard that already tried, Piss Off, let's see you try now!!!

Sorry for the vulgarity, I just got fired up all over again.

Thanks, hopefully it will ward away the part timers just looking for easy loot. I know if someone wants it bad enough they are gonna take it, but they are gonna have to work real hard for this one.

Good deal Mark. Now you need to get some train horns and hook into the Alarm. That will get people's attention that don't normally pay attention to car alarms.

Yet another excuse for them train horns.

The nice thing with this alarm is that it sounds the alarm siren plus the truck horn at the same time. So it's loud and obnoxious. Not to mention it has a two way paging system. As long as I am within a 1 mile radius, I will be notified as to what's going on. I am anxious to test that one mile range. I bet it's just one mile line of sight, but that still translates to some serious range else where.

You know what they say "When you mess with the bull, you're gonna get the horns."

If anyone sticks around long enough after the alarm goes off, they are gonna get my horns. The hollow point lead kind.

I don't believe everything I read. Only time will tell how accurate that is. I know they installed an antenna just behind the review mirrow, so that's got to add something.

SST One Mile Range

Range is important, and Clifford is proud to offer the longest range remotes in our history - up to a full mile using Digital Spread Spectrum Technology (SST). SST uses digital frequency hopping and multiple frequency transmission to assure that, if a frequency is blocked, the signal still goes through.

* One Mile Range based on line of sight, unobstructed testing in ideal conditions. Actual range will vary due to local conditions including but not limited to environment, terrain, physical obstructions, vehicle location and orientation, interference and other possible impediments.
