eBay projector headlight hid setup question

http://bit.ly/11rlmpk

That's the link to what I want...I'm not trying to drop 500$ on Recon headlights as I'm doing an audio build at the moment as well...

Questions I have concerning this:

-do I need any sort of relay harness to get these HIDS to work?

-do I need to do anything to disable day time running lights (according to this it has a seperate bulb that runs that)

-is anything need to be modified or disabled etc. to be able to continue using the auto feature on my headlight switch

-lastly judging by the view of these projectors is the top portion (non projector) the high beam area? Cuz I would like highs and lows which I do understand needs another kit

-apply all of my previous questions to the same for upgrade of fog light HIDS to match. Will they need a relay harness etc.

Thanks guys!!!!

eBay projector headlight hid setup question

Ok so your saying harness for both just to he on the safe side...I'm also assuming even if u don't need relay harness still safe to get it and using it won't make a diff.?

correct that way the hid's arent pulling all their power from the stock harness. on startup they need and use alot of power but after start up they draw less. i would do it to be safe.

eBay projector headlight hid setup question

Ok plan is to get ddm tuning 55w. So I guessing I need the wiring harness and the no error adapter also? Is that correct? And I'm assuming same for the fogs?

Also the 9008 is a dual filament bulb correct? Or will I need 2 sets to retain high and low beam? I'm not new to hid but I haven't messed with this stuff in a few years just want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff without getting unnecessary items

it looks like that comes with the hid kit? and dont do 55w on the fogs it may burn the housing. i would do 35w on heads and fogs to make sure the colors are the same ( 55w tends to be more white vs 35w of the same k) those are 8k by the way and i dont believe they have high beams at all. just low beam projector. the top light is for running/ turn. and the other round light is for drl maybe?

eBay projector headlight hid setup question

Makes sense I guess I'll have to call them to verify. I just know that bixenon HIDS have a actuator which causes them to slide backwards and get a different angle on the hood of them causing the beam to point higher just didn't know if it would work or not. Guess that's another question for the ddm guys. Thanks for the help!!
