Anyone try these?

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried one of these out;

2009 10 11 12 Ford F 350 in Dash GPS Navigation DVD Radio Stereo 450 550 CD Deck | eBay

Been mulling it over but wondering about some real reviews.

i've never heard of them, i would honestly put that 600 dollars towards a nicer brand name unit that people have used and reviewed. i dont plan on upgrading but i have always like the pioneer units.

I really don't like the look of the aftermarket units. Might have to just find an OEM unit somewhere.

I wish I could find something that was easy to swap in that would still use my sync. I want oem but not sure how to go about an antenna and also I thought something changed about the amplifier built in or something so not sure what to buy.

Sony makes a headunit and it has a link on their website for a sync integration module that is supposed to allow you to keep all your sync features with an aftermarket radio.

I recently got a simular unit on Ebay for my wife's Volvo. I chose it because I wanted to keep the stock appearance and aftermarket units with the same list of features were over a grand. This one clearly looks like it is made by a different company so may be better but the one I got is buggy and I think I could have done better going with a $400 name brand aftermarket radio. It does look nice and factory though. For my truck I just ordered a Pioneer AVH-X5500BHS. If I hadn't had the experience with my wife's car I would probably have went with one like you found.

I have something similar in my truck works ok. I paid a lot less though and the hu does have lag but its probably cuz the one I got uses a windows base operating system. My oem nav units screen went out and I was planning on doing front and rear cameras. That unit offered an easy way with factory look and it had Bluetooth which is nice since my 08 didn't come with it.
