LED lighting

I saw some pictures of a ford that had all blue LED lighting on the interior of the truck such as the controls on the steering wheel, window controls and lighting behind the dash. Does anyone know if this can be done by replacing it with just a new bulb or is this something I would have to get done at a shop?

Ive seen that site too. Killer job. Hope you find the site.
If you dont. you will need the LED's (3mm If I recall ) and resistors to take you down to the
correct voltage most are 3.3. and a solder gun. thats about it
Oh and a few cases of beer. replace them one by one. if your electrically saavy then dont forget to post some Pics. other wise your shop bound!
get them to take some pics too!
