auxilary switch

i have an 08 f250 and i was looking thru my manual and where there is coin slot on my dash there is an auxilary 4 switch cluster in the manual. my manual also said that if my truck had the upfitter package that switch would be there. how do i know if i have the upfitter package and where would be the wire that runs to that. thanks

If you had the upfitter switches you would have 4 auxillary switches to the right of your brake controller.

what all does the upgrade consist of? is there a link for the upgrade? i already bought the cluster with the four switches in it.

Here is an example of the upfitter switch kit,
it consists of the switches, the wiring harness, and the relay box:

Its not hard to do, I installed the kit in my truck in about 30 minutes. There is a connector above the steering wheel that is hard to get to, but once you know where to look its not that bad. Also there is a ton on these forums about this topic. Just search and you'll find everything you need.
