sync/ usb not working

last week i had left the lights on all day in my f250, the battery died with the keys in the truck and the truck was locked.. just my luck so i had to call the pop a lock guy.. that is besides the point just wanted to put that out there.. my battery died and now my sync and usb port will not work, i had check the fuse #40 and all seemed to be fine, is there another fuse that i need to check? if not does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did this ever get fixed??? I know this is an old post but I just picked up a 2010 F450 and the bluetooth and usb port does not work.
