What is this Extra Connector under AC power plug

I was wondering if anyone new what this cable is for? It seems like it isn't used for anything, but has a place holder behind the power adapter panel.
(The turn knob I install to control the amount of bass going to my sub)

Truck is a 2009 F350 6.4 with NAV and Sync

Pretty sure its for the trucks equipped with the passenger airbag on/off switch.

Whats that rotary switch you have there, used for?

2008 (Job 1) F250 King ranch 4x4, snow plow prep package with 2.5 level. Black Maxx, B&W Diehard platinums. Dieselsite coolant and transmission filters, NCU Motorsports/amsoil oil bypass kit. Turbo blankets, 5.5 PMF traction
Please collect and message me Shell, Rotella oil cap codes aka "my miles matter" I'm trying to save up for a hat or something.

I believe your right after doing some searching myself. The dial is for controlling how much bass I want going to my sub in the back.
Thanks for the reply
