Help with navi update

First how do you use a navi update cd? Can you use the same CD on multiple trucks to update or does the cd stay in the unit?

If you can use the same navi update CD on multiple trucks is there anyone willing to help a new 6.4 owner out in update his navi?

The disk has to stay in the unit some guys copy it but i could not get the copy to work
