After Market In Dash Screen???

Kenwoods line of double dins are pretty good. I had a Pioneer AVIC z130 bt in my old truck though and it was also decent.

I just know kenwoods new decks are able to retain all of the sync features of ford with the appropriate adapter, and the gps works pretty good as well.

Put Kenwood units in my last two cars, and they're very solid. If you have a factory DVD system, you'll lose it if you change the stereo.
