Sirius SAT FAULT

I am being told my Sirius antenna in my 2009 F250 Lariat may be bad... this is from local audio shop. My Sirius all of a sudden displayed SAT FAULT. He said that the FORD antennas are known issue?

Anyone confirm or deny... should I take to dealer and pay their price(s)?

Any other source for antenna... Ebay has only one i can find but for a 2011.

FYI, I took to the dealer and had system checked. They said the sat receiver just needed reprogramming... they reprogrammed and updated.

All is working fine now and I even retained my presets for the siruius

$57.00 not bad and well worth it. I would have gone crazy trying to resolve aftermarket.
