hid problems please help
so i got a bi xenon kit from ebay ( big mistake i know now). well the kit is an xentec bixenon 8k 35w with h13 bulbs. opened up kit and found that the 3 wires that connecect into the factory light harness had come out of the connector . there is a blue brown and white wire. i currently have the brown in the middle and the blue and white on the outside pins only my low beams work when i switch to high beams head lights go out completly. switch them back to low and they come back on. any input will help thank

hhmmm....only thing I can think of is try some different combos of wiring, im guessing there is no wiring diagram with them?

Might need a harness that has the H/L connection.
Harness connects to truck side connections. every thing else (along with two wires for the H/L magnet) connect to the lights. |

Ya iv got the hi low harness and there is a wiring diagram but not for the side that plugs into the trucks factory harness

And if I try doing some other wiring combos would I fry my ballest or hi low harness relay?

Can't help at all on the fry it thing.
On the one's I just put in (DDM Tuning) only one side of the trucks wiring was used. Trucks light plug, plugs into the H-13 relay which plugged into the ballast which plugged into the light. There is also a two wire connection for H/L beams. If you go to DDM's web site there are instillation instruction available to download. HTH, !! |
