Question Lights Out

Anyone ever deal with steering wheel controls/lower dash control switches backlighting illumination not working? Steering wheel control illumination, 4 Wheel drive selections, pedal adjust, headlight controls, dimmer dial illumination... none of these illuminate when headlights are on. I'm assuming a common relay controls these???
JM

Sorry, hate to post & run, but I'll come back to check later.

Unhappy Lights Out

No one ever responded. Still have the issue. Doesn't seem to affect anything else, just a nuisance at night when I can't see the buttons I want to select. I'm thinking it has to be a fuse or some relay... but which one, no idea.

Have you checked fuses? I would open up your owners manual and see what fuse those are on and check it.

My 4 wheel drive dial lights go out. If I tap it they pop back on.

I've checked every fuse in passenger side fuse box... all are good. Wondering if there isn't a relay that runs them all. Checked all fuses in power distribution box under hood too... nothing out. I've got nothing to check relays with so I'm stuck for now unless someone else has ideas...
