Power mirrors not working properly.

I'm not sure what's going on with my mirrors and could use some help.
I have a 2008 CCLB DRW FX4, the mirrors will extend in and out for towing and will fold in and out but to adjust the mirror its self with the "joystick" is not possible for some reason. Any ideas or thoughts? There doesn't seam to be a fuse for just that particular function but I could very well be wrong. I don't think it would be the "joystick" just because it works to fold them in. But once again I could be very wrong lol... Thanks for all the help!!

Simple first, did you remember to rotate the knob first to choose driver side or passenger side, before trying to move the mirror?

None taken. We can all look past the simple things very easily sometimes. But yes, did turn left and right and still not working. Sill not sure what to do.

You could try replacing the switch. I have had two in the past on a 99 and a 2004. The water would sometime drip on the switches causing internal corrosion. The mirrors would do funny things like move up but not down left instead of right etc.

Those switches were cheap and easy like 10-20 bucks and 10 min change. I dont know how much your switch might be but you might look into that.
