HID BI-XENON HI/LO BEAM HEAD/FOGLIGHT KIT

HI EVERYONE,
I'M NEW TO THIS SITE. I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY HID SYSTEM AND NEED YOUR HELP. I HAVE A 2008 FORD F250 DIESEL & JUST INSTALLED AN HID KIT FOR MY HEADLIGHTS / FOGLIGHTS. I'M EXPERIENCING A PROBLEM WITH MY FOGLIGHTS, WHEN I ACTIVATE MY HIGH BEAMS, BOTH FOG LIGHTS TURN OFF WHICH IS TOTALLY NORMAL, BUT WHEN I GO BACK TO LOW BEAM THE RIGHT FOG LIGHT DOESN'T COME ON. I HAVE DISCONNECTED THE GROUND CABLES ON BOTH FOG LIGHTS AND HAVE SWITCHED THE HID BULBS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT ATTEMPTTING TO TROUBLESHOOT THE SYSTEM AND HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL.

IF ANYBOBY KNOWS WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE, PLEASE HELP.
THANKS
