time for a subwoofer
alright guys pretty soon iam going to put a system in the truck. I have a 08 F350 crew cab guys who have a truck like this post pics of your subs behind the seats? i looked behind the seats and man it looks so tight back there can you really fit a sub box back there? any one have any ideas on where I can get a single subwoofer box that will fit right behind the seat without moding anything, I do have an electric real window if that changes anything. Thanks guys

I tried a box behind the seat with a mephis 10 & it didn't seem to have the air space required! I'm now having a custom box built to go in between the front & back seats & sit on the floor! This will make the truck more of a 4 seater, but there's hardly ever anyone in the back seat any way! I'll post some pics when it's completed!

He sells the boxes you need. Just run a slim line subwoofer and you're golden. I have the stock sub and it is better than nothing, but it sucks. (to me) I will be upgrading soon myself |

Post some pics of the final product when you get a chance. I'm trying to figure the same thing out.

Nice box bud! I ran with one from hifisoundconnect.com im running 2 rockford fosgate ps2's but agreed, there is hardly any room for cubic space. It does kick like a mule though!

thanks,i moved my powerwindow motor to the passenger side to above the rear vent, and was able to build this box the full with between the vents,i also built a full box to go all the way across, the rear, but i would have had to delete the motor to run 4 jl 13s,so currently the box is setting in the garage, while i think about it,but the 1 13 is alot better than i could have hoped for.
