seat heater wiring
Can anyone tell me what wire in the wiring harnesses under the seat in an 09 is for the seat heaters? I bought a theft recovery king ranch and interior was missing and some wires were cut. I have most of the others straightened out just heaters ands what goes to the seat belts. Thanks

Looking forward to hearing what the outcome is. My seat heaters are not working and I want to find out more about the heated seat wiring. If anyone knows of a thread that deals with this issue please let me know.

Wouldn't it be up to your insurance to cover the cost of this repair?

Took passenger seat out today.
I am trying to fix my heated seats but now I'm thinking I don't have any???
The dash has heated seat buttons but this truck was rebuilt. I took the front seat out today and I've taken pictures of both sides of the wiring harness - out from the truck and the female portion that goes into the seat. Out from the truck there are 5 pins but into the seat there are only 2 female pickups. These seats are Ford "pleather" and powered. I checked the continuety of the two female pins and they show continuity ONLY when I move the power seat switch - forward, back, up and down. I have a feeling that there are no heated seats installed in these seats. Opinions? Pictures attached. D |
