ebay navigation, anyone have one?

I found this on ebay: 2007 2008 Ford F150 DVD GPS Navigation In dash Stereo | eBay anyone have this and/or have any feed back?? My guess is there are better aftermarket ones for the same or a little more money?? I have never had navigation before, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can get a nice kenwood headunit with navigation, touch screen, aux inlet, and bluetooth....for like $600.00

With the unit you listed above, you will need to take it to the dealer and have it unlocked and linked to your truck...I think its around $50...to $75 at the dealer maybe more....I would go aftermarket if I was you.

not sirius ready. For that kind of money you would think it would be sirius ready. As stated above, i would spend that kind of money on an aftermarket radio!!
