How to Convert 08 Nav System to 09+ Sync?
I currently have a 2008 Lariat F350. I saw the post about the guy that did the 2009+ Sync swap and wanted some more detailed instructions. Currently my truck has the Audiophile system with sub, nav, sirius and 6 disc in-dash CD changer with steering wheel controls and rear seat DVD player. I want the exact same setup but to use the Sync system head unit instead. Any help?
