New door speakers!!

what size door speakers do i need to get to fit in the 6.4? also if anyone recomends a brand let me know. post a link to the speakers if you can. thanks

I got 6x9 pioneers but I forgot the series. They sound good but the treble has to be turned way down and the bass way up for them to sound good.

When I was looking at getting a JL Stealth Box for my SD, it showed the "recommended" door speakers below as being a 5x7/6x8. Not sure if that's any help at all.

yea i was just on crutchfield.com and i added my vehicle and showed that the 6x8 will fit. thanks!!!

Not sure about 6.4 sizes but I know Focal speakers are one of the best. Pretty big coin though

would it be pointless to get new door speakers and not hook em to an amp? ive already got subs behind the seat.

Thats all Im gunna do when I do mine, just the speakers and head unit. My ears arent good enough to notice an amp lol..Depends what youre into. I rather have more hp, then a mack daddy stereo system.

Some of the higher end speakers pretty much have to have an amp to get all the power out of them. Some of the "lower" end ones dont really need it, but you can certainly add an amp if you want.
