fog lights 2008 F250

I purchased some fog lights. I didn't read the description as well as I should have. Well, They did not come with the wiring harness. So, I have some fog lights installed into the appropriate location with no power. Can anyone give me some ways to wire these to the upfitters. I don't have a wiring diagram of anything under the hood so I don't know if it is already wired and I just have to find the wiring and plug in? If I decide to get a wiring harness, are there multiple types and if so which is best? I would like to go to the upfitters, I have no idea how to get there from the fog lights?

I have looked up harnesses and have found multiple options but I am really not sure what route I should go. If anyone has done this, please share info. I appreciate any advise.

bump, I just bought some KC lights and it came with a harness and relay with switch etc.

Need to find out if I can just hook the two lights to ground and run a line for the 'hot' circuit to the upfitter switch connection. (30a)

Also if the above question is yes is there a tie in point in the engine bay or do I have to run a wire all the way to the yellow connector under the footwell in the cabin?

I've done a ton of reading on this. I'm still unsure on how to get them wired. A wiring harness is needed but hooking into the upfitters is my ????can't use existing wiring into the junction box( or whatever it's called) because It sounds like it has to be flashed from Ford to make function.
The lights fit well though.

As mentioned above, just run the power wire to the Upfitter Switch that is fused for 30amp, then ground the lights. Pretty straight foward.

just run the hot up to the firewall that is right on the driver side close to the top, and there is a bundle of blunt cut wires, these are pass through wires, all they do is get you throught the firewall under the dash by the parking brake , once you get in there connect the correct color pass through wire you spliced into under the hood the the correct color upfitter switch wire you wish to use which there is another bundle of wires that are capped with a black heat shrink on the ends under the steering wheel, if you open your owners manual there is a page that tells you what color wire is for what upfitter switch.
