new sound needed/ couple ?s

I have a crew cab and I'm Looking at replacing all 4 with Focals, either component or not. My first question is.
1. Are the panels on the back a challenge to remove without breaking and then getting them back on correct? Same with the door panels?

2. Any experience with these with an aftermarket Pioneer avic bt920 or similar with no amp? or should I amp?

Oh and 1 more I wonder if they fit just right or if plates are needed to make fit correct? any quality speakers being used that fit exactly that could be recommended?
