Horn Relay Location?

Anyone know where the horn relay is on an '08 F-550, 6.4L? 20A fuse is good that feeds the relay, but horn still doesn't work. The book doesn't show it anywhere... Also, how about a complete wiring diagram? I have the one from the Ford Tech. Manual, but it only shows engine wiring.

Thanks

Here is the cell from the wiring diagram showing the horn relay. According to this it is in the SmartJunction box (the fuse panel behind the passenger side kick panel) and is not individually servicable.

I now believe the issue is in the Clockspring. I ordered one yesterday and will have it Tuesday. Anyone have the procedure/diagram for replacing the Clockspring?
