Adding Sync to 08

Okay guys here is my question I have a 08 KR and a 09 Donor with a complete sync system it doesnt have nav just 6 disc My truck only has a 6 disc as well. Is it just a simple switch or is it a huge process. First post this is a great forum.

Well it certainly wont be a straight swap. I am not sure exactly what would be involved with radios other than the nav but have a look at this thread to see the ordeal I went through to add the new nav with Sync to my 08 King Ranch. I suspect you will find the instructions (on page 7 or 8 of the thread) quite helpful.
