I have a 2009 F350 with factory installed upfitter switches and a brake controller. I am having difficulty finding the four wires needed for connection.
I have searched all the bulletins and can only get one for a 2008 and it is not the same as my wiring harness arrangement. There are a number of wires terminated under the dash but they are not the right color according to my manual.
if you look on the bundle of wires there will be a tag hanging/taped on it that will give you the color combo for each wire in that bundle. Wish I could help you on where the wires are from the factory, but I added mine after I bought my truck so they arent in the same place.
Where did you mount the relay box? I bought a kit (supposedly correct, per VIN) months ago, and haven't installed it yet because no literature covers the '09! And looking under the dash, there's another box in the way (where the '08 instructions show to put the box.) Any help appreciated!!

I have a 2010 F-350 Harley, and an '08 F-350 FX4, both trucks the wires were under the hood, on the drivers side up close to the hood shock.
Well, I finally got mine installed. I had to pop out the small section of the dash that holds the headlight switch to be able to reach in and install the upper bolt, or to even see where it should mount.
Both the upfitter wires and the firewall pass-through wires are under the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. I believe that the wire colors matched the bulletin for the 2008. The wires under the hood are the other ends of the firewall pass-through wires, so you can rule out the under-dash bundle that has those color wires. The other bundle of wires are from the upfitter switches.
