High beam fogs on mod?

Anyone done the mod that will allow the fogs to be on with the high beams i seen it talked about for the early 2000's but nothing for the new 6.4's.

Educated guess would be to disconnect them from the headlight switch an reconnect them to one of the upfitter switches..

You could put a relay and splice into the high beam wire for signal and splice the fog wire and hook it to a keyed hot power source and there you go. my bud says you can take apart the stering coloum ans sloder some stuf and itll work with the highs on

I dont have upfitter's and i would rather find a way to keep them together and work at the same time because i will probably forget to flip a switch most of the time. just need to take it apart and find out what happens when the highs come on if the open the ground on the fogs or something on those lines. it should not be a big deal once its figured out.

On a 2008+, the fog lights are controlled by the Smart Junction Box (like most things on the 2008+ trucks are). There is no way to intercept the data input and change it. The only way is to physically wire the fog lights to an upfitter switch, or a switch (and relay hot with ignition on).
