High Idle/BCP question

I had to run the purple ignition hot-in-run wire to my seic wire for my high ide mod cause I didnt have upfitter switches. I ran the purple and yellow/green wire to a simple switch mounted on my dash that i installed. Now if I wanted to enable the battery charge protection mode could I split that purple ignition wire so it runs to another switch with the purple/brown BCP wire
