here is the post on installing a 09 nav in a 08. i have a lot of part numbers listed in this post that you would use in the job. (switches, harness, splitters, and etc.)

2009 Nav unit in a 2008 F350

Did you ever find the part number for the correct switch? I have an 08 (job 1) that I am upgrading with a radio/nav system from a 2010. I am trying to find all the correct parts so that I can install it as factory hopefully with sync.
