Oh... um yeah... you might want to get that checked out ![]() On a seriuos note sounds like maybe somthing with the spider gears. If it was just a shudder i had a truck that had worn limited slip clutches and it used to shuder when i would turn but never made any audible popping noises. |

id buy three quarts of diff oil and pop that cover off asap before you grenade that whole thing. At least if a tooth is busted off you can take out the debris and get it fixed, but if there is something bouncing around in there and it manages to wedge itself between a ring gear and a hard place.....

OK everyone heres an update. I pulled the diff cover and everything looks good. The gear oil did look alittle milky and seemed kinda thin. I put mystic gear oil in and put new rtv. took it on a drive and its not poping anymore when I turn. But its whineing like its tight but it only does that when I turn. Any ideas now
|
