9000lbs. of Dirtbikes

Hi All,

I haven't posted here in a while as things have been going smoothly with my 6.4.

I'm about to embark on a 11,500km adventure from Ontario to Las Vegas towing 9000lbs. I've done this trip several times with a load of 20 dirtbikes.

Here's my problem. I towed the empty trailer 800km to pick up 14 bikes. Everything good. I load the bikes, haul them back 800km and in the last few stops, I noticed a "shudder" in 1st gear as I pulled away.

I was at the end of the trip when I noticed this, so I tried a few hard accelerations to see if I could reproduce it but no luck. Tomorrow, I need to hook up the trailer and leave.

Any comments or insights that could help?
