diff gear ratio question

hello i have an 08 f450 with 36.5 dia tires. my door tag says 4:30 gears but i want to know for sure. can anyone tell me the rpm I should be running with the different gear ratios having 36.5 tires? i am running around 1600 rpm at 55 mph which dont work well for towing and I want to change gearing. I would also like to know the best place to go to get new gearing and are the aftermarket overdrive systems any good for towing?
